Remember Ted Williams? The once homeless man, who skyrocketed to fame after a video of his so-called “Golden Voice” surfaced online, appeared on CBS’ The Early Show Wednesday. Suited, bespeckled, and sporting new choppers, Ted gave Erica Hill and Chris Haggle an update on what he’s been up to since his shortlived stint in rehab.

Williams, as you may recall, only agreed to check into Origins Rehab Center for alcohol addiction therapy after an intervention by TV headshrinker Dr. Phil. Today, Ted says his decision to enter the Texas facility was a “rushed” one and notes that he felt “scripted” as he participated in live call-ins to The Dr. Phil Show during his two weeks in rehab.

The silver-voiced Kraft pitchman is living at a sober house in Los Angeles, where he hopes to remain until he lands additional voiceover work.
