Teresa Giudice Furious Sister-In-Law Melissa Gorga Joining “The Real Housewives Of New Jersey”

Someone should really warn bankrupt reality star Teresa Giudice to be careful what she wishes for. Although arch nemesis Danielle Staub has reportedly been fired, Word on the Curb has it that the fiery Italian hothead is threatening to bolt from the forthcoming third season of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New Jersey after learning that the network has recruited a new castmember: Melissa Gorga, Teresa’s estranged sister-in-law and sworn enemy.

Melissa has been married to Teresa’s baby brother, Giuseppe Gorga, for six years after first meeting the accomplished businessman when she worked as a secretary for his landscaping business. There, however, is little love lost between Teresa and the leggy brunette she’s branded a golddigger. Bravo cameras have been filming Melissa, Giuseppe and their three young kids — two boys and a girl — for several weeks now, and Teresa could be more livid, snoops say.

“When Teresa got word that her sister-in-law was asked to be part of the show she said, ‘If she’s going to be on the show, then I’m not going to do it.’ Teresa and Melissa don’t get along…They don’t speak. She doesn’t want to be on the show with her. I think they’ll probably just bring more drama, and if Teresa is on the show it would be a competition. They’ve always been in competition. Melissa will stand up to her on TV. She’s a nice woman, but Melissa will give her a run for her money if Teresa busts her balls. Teresa is holding out now, but she wants to be part of the show so I’ll bet she’ll sign in the end.”

While Teresa and her husband Joe make frequent trips to bankruptcy court and battle to fend off creditors, Melissa and Giuseppe are living the good life in their $4 million mansion in nearby Montville, New Jersey. In fact, their tony 13,500-square-foot, 16-room Montville estate is said to be twice the size of Teresa and Joe’s Franklin Lakes mansion, adding to the anomosity between the two women.
