‘The Crown’ Creator Peter Morgan Signs Overall TV and Film
Peter Morgan, the creator and showrunner of Netflix’s “The Crown,” has signed a multi-year general cope with the streaming service, a spokesperson for the corporate advised TheWrap on Friday.
Under the brand new pact, which was set simply forward of the royal drama’s Olivia Colman-led Season Three launch on Nov. 17, Morgan will create and develop new TV collection and flicks for Netflix.
Along with Colman, the third season of “The Crown” stars Helena Bonham Carter as Princess Margaret, Tobias Menzies because the Duke of Edinburgh, Josh O’Connor as Prince Charles, Erin Doherty as Princess Anne, Ben Daniels as Lord Snowdon, Jason Watkins as Prime Minister Harold Wilson, and Charles Dance as Lord Mountbatten.
