The Osbournes Threaten Legal Action Against In Touch Weekly

The expletive-lovin’ Osbournes are threatening legal action against the editors of In Touch Weekly over an article in the tabloid’s Sept. 6 issue which will purportedly paint Kelly and Jack Osbourne in less than favorable light.

The sibs’ spitfire mom Sharon is furious over a report in the upcoming issue of In Touch, due on news stands on Wednesday, which allegedly damages the pair’s “credibility.” In fact, The Osbournes are considering suing over the matter.

In a post on her Twitter.com page Monday, Sharon spat: “In Touch Magazine is printing an untrue story about Kelly & Jack which affects their credibility and dignity. See you in court!”

On her own Twitter page, Kelly chimed in: “(I’m) in shock that In Touch is printing a untrue story about (Jack) and I. Can’t believe it, we have both worked too hard on ourselves for this b.s. (bulls**t)”

“So Intouch magazine is writing a bulls**t story about me and (Kelly). They’d better get their check (sic) books ready, cause I’m goin to town!” Jack piped up.

Now word on the nature of the article that has the First Family of Rock steaming, but like their famous dad Ozzy, both Jack and Kelly battled substance abuse addictions in the past.
