Vanity Fair: James Cameron Hollywood’s Top Earner; Kristen Stewart Banking More Than Aniston & Jolie

Stop the Presses: Vanity Fair has released its list of Hollywood’s Top 40 Highest Earners and while Avatar lensman James Cameron predictably rose to the top of the heap — with an estimated annual salary of $257 million — you may be surprised to learn that Twilight’s Kristen Stewart banked more than Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie over the past year.

In fact, Stewart — who’s a top contender for lead roles in modern-day reboots of Snow White and Superman — is pocketing more pay than her Twilight co-star (and rumored beau) Robert Pattinson.

The notorious lip-biter ranked No. 13 on the list. She was the highest-ranking woman after earning an estimated annual salary of $28.5 million. Pattz landed in 15th place with $27.5 million. Fellow Twilighter Taylor Lautner pipped them both with a ninth place finish and an estimated $33.5 million in earnings.

Further down the list were Jennifer Aniston at No. 18 ($24.5 million) and Oscar winner Angelina Jolie at No. 21 ($21.5 million). Poor old Brad Pitt didn’t even crack the Top 40.
