Watch list: 4 things to watch tonight that aren’t the presidential debate

Wednesday is a busy night for television, but things may be looking a little different this week as the third and final Presidential Debate is going to dominate small-screens everywhere on Oct. 19. But while many will be tuning in to see what goes down in the final matchup of Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, we are here to remind you that there are other less presidential TV offerings to choose from (sorry, “Designated Survivor” is off this week.)

If you’re tired of the constant news cycle and can’t wait for the 2016 election campaign to be over, here are four choices that can keep your night entertaining.

NLCS Game 4 : Cubs vs. Dodgers (FS1)

It’s the fourth game in the championship series between The Chicago Cubs and Los Angeles Dodgers. Coming to FOX Sports 1, the game kicks off at 5 p.m. PT/ 8 p.m. ET and is sure to be a doozy. Can the Cubs bounce back? That’s the big question.

‘It’s The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown’ (ABC)

It’s that time of year again and Halloween season wouldn’t be complete without Charlie Brown, Lucy, Snoopy and the rest of the gang. The spooky fun will begin at 8 p.m. ET/PT with “Toy Story of TERROR” airing right after.

‘Lethal Weapon’ (FOX)

Who knew the return of Roger Murtaugh (Damon Wayans) and Martin Riggs (Clayne Crawford) would be so engaging in a new TV series? Apparently the network was in the know as the show provides some great action-packed fun on a weekly basis. What will the duo blow up this time around? Find out as “Lethal Weapon” airs at 8 p.m. ET/PT on FOX.

‘Lip Sync Battle’ (Spike)

Sure, we said this list would include shows that were “less presidential” but given the state of the 2016 election, thus far, it’s hard to avoid parody. Spike TV’s celebrity competition series has dipped into multiple Donald Trump-inspired performances throughout the past year, and the new episodes look to be giving more of the same. We’re not saying that’s a bad thing, either.

“Lip Sync Battle” airs two new episodes starting at 6 p.m. ET/9 p.m. PT on Spike.
