Watch as Pinheads & Patriots author O’Reilly rants about the Ground Zero Mosque Debate, prompting Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar to flee the stage in disgust, on Thursday’s edition of The View.
The pair walked out of the interview after the controversial television personality said Muslims were to blame for the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. Goldberg and Behar tried to clarify that the terrorists were Muslim extremists, not average followers of the religion.
Bill would have none of it. And neither would View producer Barbara Walters, who chided her co-stars for jumping ship on Bill.
“This should not have happened,” Walters said after they left the stage, adding that adults should be able to express different opinions without anyone throwing in the towel.
Sounds like somebody’s (or somebodies’) are in hot water with Babs!
