Has Mariah Carey’s rumored pregnancy been confirmed?

RadarOnline is citing an unnamed source who claims to confirm that the 41-year-old Grammy-winning songbird is expecting her first child with hubby Nick Cannon. The National Enquirer, on the other hand, reports that the “Hero” hitmaker is expecting a double bundle of joy.

“Mariah is gushing that she’s going to have twins. Mariah and Nick both want a big family.”

MC — who has reportedly been undergoing fertility treatments for months — first sparked baby whispers when she pulled out of the Tyler Perry film For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When The Rainbow Is Enuf, set to begin filming later this month, citing medical reasons.

Cannon has previously denied speculation that Carey is with child, but a source tells Radar that the May-December lovers are definitely expecting a special delivery from the stork. “They’re both very excited and very happy. Mariah and Nick want to keep the pregnancy quiet as long as they can.”

Mariah’s longtime representative Cindi Berger has refused to comment.
