A scene for Captain America: The First Avenger was filmed in New York’s Times Square on Saturday. Naturally there were plenty of people with cameras and phones around to capture the action and you can view some of it below, thanks to ‘wudaman2000,’ ‘xixgyangxix,’ ‘RealIrOnMaN’ and ‘TheSpyAssassin’.

Smith and Washington to Go Uptown Saturday Night ?

Variety says that Warner Bros. Pictures is developing a remake of the 1974 buddy comedy Uptown Saturday Night with Overbrook Entertainment. David Dobkin ( Wedding Crashers , upcoming The Change-Up ) is attached to direct and executive produce the movie, to be written by Tim Dowling (upcoming This Means War ).

Overbrook partners Will Smith, James Lassiter, Ken Stovitz and Jada Pinkett Smith will produce.
