“Jersey Shore” Cast Sued For Assault

The entire cast and crew of Jersey Shore are being hauled into court after being hit with a lawsuit after one woman claimed she was assaulted by security guards for the MTV docu-soap.

Snooki, The Situation, JWOWW and the rest of the controversial reality TV clan have been named in legal documents filed in New Jersey.

The Shore’s latest lawsuit names the entire cast, their bosses at 495 Productions, MTV and its parent company, Viacom as defendants. The alleged victim — identified only as JP — claims four of the show’s security guards threw her to the ground after a heated argument with series guidette Snooki. JP’s lawyer claims her client’s chin was cut in the scuffle and she now has a scar.

The alleged assault happened last September, the same night muscle-bound Ronnie Magro was slapped with assault charges for knocking a man unconscious. The beating victim in that case — one Stephen Ortiz — is also reportedly suing MTV and the show’s producers.
