In celebration of 25 years of reporting all things chic, Elle Magazine has released it Elle App for iPad — now available in the Apple App Store! The application premieres in conjunction with the Oct. 2010 Anniversary issue of Elle — and as an extra treat, editors have pulled together this spoof video of MTV’s stylish docu-soap The City, featuring a cameo appearance by Jersey Shore guidette Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi.
