If we get our way, Kanye West will eventually end up in the passenger seat of one of James Corden’s Carpool Karaoke segments. Corden, host of “The Late Late Show,” revealed that the rapper has been set to appear twice, though had to duck out at the last minute both times.
Speaking to GQ, Corden says, “He’ll do it eventually. He wants to do it. [When he canceled he sent] about three dozen white roses, of course. Arranged in the shape of a cube. What could be more Kanye than that?”
Knowing that West definitely seems to want to appear on Carpool Karaoke got us thinking about what exactly is necessary for his appearance. After all, with the Red Hot Chili Peppers, they went topless and wrestled on somebody’s lawn, while Corden took Selena Gomez to McDonald’s and a theme park to ride a rollercoaster.

For Kanye, the show doesn’t need to do anything quite that elaborate, but here are 5 things Corden and his producers should definitely have in mind when he finally does show up.
1. James Corden using autotune
Maybe Kanye doesn’t have the best singing voice, but he sure does enjoy using autotune. While the rapper should definitely unleash his true vocals, having Corden do the entire thing using autotune would be perfect.
2. A healthy selection of Taylor Swift songs
The feud between Swift and West is the stuff of legend. There’s no way he can do Carpool Karaoke without throwing in a little “Shake It Off.” Besides, can you imagine Swift’s response when she finally breaks down and does her own installment?

3. Kim Kardashian in the backseat just because
Does Kanye go anywhere without his wife? What if, at some point, the car pulls over and Kim gets in with their kids? That might be the moment that truly breaks the Internet.
4. Plenty of jokes about Tidal
If ever there was a Tidal mascot, it’s Kanye. He tweets about it incessantly, releases his music videos on the service and will be the first one to tell you it’s the future. If Corden isn’t allowed to poke a little fun at it, what’s the point of any of this?

5. Make Kanye drive
It’s Kanye West, do you think he’s going to let Corden control the pace of the segment? Why not put him behind the wheel, as well. After all, thanks to his “Bound 2” music video, the world knows how much he loves fake-riding a motorcycle. Why not see how he handles the televised driving of a car?
