Charlie Sheen Wife, Brooke Mueller, Back In Rehab

Charlie Sheen’s crack-addicted wife has reportedly checked herself into a rehab facility for the second time this year.

Brooke Mueller — who has one-year-old twin sons with the Two And A Half Men actor — was admitted to a treatment facility in California in February, following her Christmas Day bust-up with her famous husbandin Aspen, Colorado.

Charlie checked into an inpatient treatment center a short time later. Now Sheen’s wife has allegedly checked herself back in for additional therapy. Mueller will receive treatment for the next 30 days.

On Tuesday, the sitcom star was forced to fill out a stolen vehicle report for the second time in less than six months after cops discovered another one of his Mercedes ditched at the bottom of a cliff in Los Angeles. Sheen’s assault case will continue on July 12.
