And the next guest for James Corden‘s Carpool Karaoke is…Bruno Mars!
E! News has learned that the 24K Magic singer was spotted filming the Late Late Show segment in Los Angeles on Nov. 18, a.k.a. the same day his new album was released.
Mars has plenty of hits to choose from, but we’re betting “Versace on the Floor” and the new album’s title track, “24K Magic,” will make the list. There’s also no way they’ll be able to do a whole segment without “Locked Out of Heaven,” “When I Was Your Man,” and “Grenade,” right?
This week has been busy in the Carpool Karaoke world, as Corden was spotted filming a new segment in New York with the Queen of Pop, Madonna.
The Late Late Show host seemed to hint at an event earlier this week that both Madonna and Mars were the next guests in line, telling reporters at the Jaguar Private Unveil event his latest list of ideal guests. “I’d love to have Bruno [Mars]. Would love to do with Madonna. Beyoncé, of course,” he said.
Wait a minute, if Madonna and Bruno Mars both filmed this week, does that mean Queen B herself is next?! Let us all pray to Beysus herself that this can happen—and soon!
Other artists who have famously taken part include Mariah Carey, Adele, Britney Spears, Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato, Sia, Elton John, Rod Stewart and so many more—including Gwen Stefani, who brought special guests George Clooney and Julia Roberts along for the ride.
The Late Late Show airs weeknights at 12:37 a.m. on CBS.
