Last year, at the American Music Awards, the racy performance of the Adam Lambert was booted from the scheduled Good Morning America appearance for which many questions were raised that if he had been a woman then would he had faced the censorship the way he witnessed now.

Now, recently at the American Idol performance of new single ‘Alejandro, a minute and a half pre-taped performance of Lady GaGa went missing during the broadcast of the show unbeknownst to her.

Both performances had similar connections and were cut off, now the question aroused is that on what basis at work are responsible, which force the networks and the censors to take such type of decisions.

However, in the case of Lady GaGa it has yet not been clarified that the editing of her performance was due to lack of content or length.

The FOX could have spared ninety seconds from its one hour show to enroll her performance in the broadcast, as at the night of result it could have been extended and it seems unlikely that the FOX would eliminate the high profile guest star’s performance so as to complete the show in time.

It has to be the networks who ordered it, so as to make the GaGa’s performance less racy to the audience.
