Amy Winehouse Enrolls In Ballet Classes

The Crackie Wears a Tutu! “Rehab” hitmaker Amy Winehouse has hired a ballet teacher to give her private lessons in the art of dance as the five-time Grammy winner struggles to get healthy on the heels of years of drug addiction.

We’d love to be a fly on the wall in these classes!

“Amy has started ballet lessons at home and she’s really enjoying them. She wants to get fit, tone up and become more supple without getting too muscly. She really likes kick-boxing too, but she loves the glamour of ballet,” a squeal yaps to London’s Daily Star.

The recovering drug addict and alcoholic was booed after appearing off kilter during her comeback show in Brazil last month and is determined to get back into shape before she hits the stage again. Amy’s even gone out and installed an at-home gym filled with fitness equipment, says a pal.

“When she moved in she swore she was going to change her lifestyle – that’s part of the reason she had her own gym and studio installed. She wants to be fit and look good, ready for her comeback at the end of the year.”
