Amy Winehouse Ex-Husband Blake Fielder-Civil Arrested On Burglary Charges

Blake Incarcerated is — well, incarcerated — yet again.

Blake Fielder-Civil, the ex-husband of British singing star Amy Winehouse — was arrested in England this week on suspicion of burglary and possessing a firearm. The 32-year-old heroin addict, with a wrap sheet longer than one of Beyonce’s wigs — was held by officers in Leedson Tuesday afternoon after cops stopped a vehicle he’d been traveling in and allegedly discovered stolen items and a weapon.

Fielder-Civil — the inspiration behind much of the material on Amy’s blockbuster 2006 disc, Back to Black — was one of two men arrested and taken to a nearby police station. They were charged with burglary of a nearby home and possessing a firearm and will be formally arraigned in Leeds Magistrates Court on Wednesday.

Blake remains in police custody, according to a spokesman for the West Yorkshire Police.

“The men were arrested after officers stopped a vehicle in Rawdon, Leeds. Items from a burglary nearby were recovered.”

Fielder-Civil wed the hitmaker Winehouse in 2007 but they divorced two years later on the grounds of her adultery.
