Dial Star chronicles the adventures of Celia, a 20-something small-town girl whose dreams of a career in acting bring her to the City of Angels. Celia’s life is suddenly turned upside down when a cell belonging to McCord — best known for her work on TV’s 90210 and Nip/Tuck — lands at her feet and opens the door to Hollywood stardom, NBC Universal Digital Studio said Tuesday.
The 10-episode series will premiere this month at Dialstar TV.
