Ben Stiller — of Meet The Parents fame — and multi-Emmy winner Edie Falco are Broadway-bound.

The stars have been cast as a husband and wife in a revival of the Black comedy The House of Blue Leaves — expected to open under the lights of The Great White Way in 2011.

Stiller will take on the role of Artie Shaughnessy, Queens zookeeper and fledgling songwriter, while Falco — who wins rave reviews for her smash Showtime comedy Nurse Jackie — will play his schizophrenic wife, Bananas. The play shadows the family on the day that Pope Paul VI visited New York City in 1965.

This will be the second time Ben puts on his theater shoes for Blue Leaves. He first appeared in a 1986 production of the stageplay, only that time he played his current character’s son.
