Brad Pitt’s film production company wants to bring the story of the miraculous recovery of 33 Chilean miners to the silver screen.

The miners were hoisted to freedom on Oct. 13 after being trapped in a collapsed mine near Copiapo. Now the Pitt-owned Plan B Entertainment has offered the rescued miners a multimillion-dollar deal to recreate their 69 days underground in a Ripped-From-the-Headlines motion picture adaptation, The Sun said this week. Several miners might even get roles!

Lawyer Edgardo Reinoso, who represents the men, said he was receiving an average of ten money-making offers a day, including interview deals.

Brad’s Plan B has produced several Hollywood hits in recent months, including Kick-Ass and Eat, Pray, and Love.
