India has a total of 20 shortlists, with Ogilvy and Grey getting three shortlists while Havas has got two

Cannes Lions has just announced the shortlists for the Outdoor Lions category. India has bagged 20 shortlists out of a total of 501 shortlisted entries for this year’s awards. Incidentally, India had sent 211 entries for Outdoor Lions this year.
McCann Worldgroup India tops the list from India with 12 shortlists in the category. Ogilvy & Mather India and Grey India have three shortlists each while Havas Worldwide India has secured two shortlists.
Perfetti Van Melle’s ‘Big Babol’ campaign secured six shortlists. Created by McCann India, the campaigns ‘Tangerine’, ‘Mango’ and ‘Pear’ were shortlisted in the ‘Foods’ category with two shortlists each.
The campaign for Premier Tissues’ Kitchen Tissues received six shortlists in the Household category. The campaigns ‘Cat’, ‘Bear’ and ‘Camel’ were also created by McCann.
Grey was shortlisted for Kewal Kiran Clothing’s Killer Jeans campaign ‘Traffic’, and for P&G’s ‘Choo-choo’ and ‘Remote control’ for Duracell Batteries. The last two are in the Household category while the first is in Clothing, Footwear & Accessories category.
Ogilvy’s three shortlists are all for Mattel Toys. The three creative – ‘Hot Wheels Fast & Furious Collection – John’, ‘Hot Wheels Fast & Furious Collection – Kevin’ and ‘Hot Wheels Fast & Furious Collection – Mark’ – have all been shortlisted in Entertainment and Leisure category.
Havas Worldwide India has secured two shortlists for its work on Reckitt Benckiser’s Durex Condoms. The creatives ‘Arm’ and ‘Cleavage’ have been shortlisted in the Cosmetics & Beauty, Toiletries & Pharmacy category.
