Charlie’s Angels star Kristen Stewart has revealed that one scene appeared “impossible” to her at first.
Talking to Digital Spy on the European premiere final night time (November 20), Stewart spoke a few scene that sees the Angels combat in a rock crusher, naturally, explaining that she wasn’t conscious of what to anticipate.
“There’s a big fight sequence on a tilted conveyor belt in a rock crusher. When we trained for all of those, when I learned those fights, I didn’t really factor that in,” she recalled.
“When I got there, I was like, ‘Oh, this is gonna be impossible actually’. Sabina is not somebody who needs to look sick and tight, she’s kind of funny and goofy, so it worked.”
Stewart beforehand opened up in regards to the “trailblazing” method to her character’s sexuality within the new film. “I am so happy to bring a more complex understanding of how fluidity and ambiguity is something that should be embraced,” she stated.
“I also think it’s a really beautiful thing to say that we represent everyone in this movie. And [it’s done] in a way that’s not forceful or defined.”
Unfortunately for Stewart and the film’s director Elizabeth Banks, Charlie’s Angels hasn’t had one of the best of begins on the field workplace, however Banks remains to be pleased with the film (even when it has been deemed a flop).
Charlie’s Angels is out now within the US and is launched in UK cinemas on November 29.
