Hank Baskett, Kendra Wilkinson’s Husband, Dropped From Philadelphia Eagles For Second Time In A Year

Kendra Wilkinson’s man can’t hold on to a job! The future of Hank Baskett’s career as an NFL wide receiver is up in the air after the sportsman was cut from the Philadelphia Eagles this week, leaving Baskett riding the bench on the sidelines for the second time in 12 months.

Hank became a free agent Tuesday after the Eagles released the hubby of the former Playboy Playmate to make room for a rookie running back Joique Bell, Philly.com has learned.

Hank was on his second tour of duty with the green and white. In Sept. 2009, Baskett found himself out of a job when Philly managers sacked him to make room on the team’s roster for the then recently-paroled Michael Vick. Vick is now Philly’s quarterback. Hank landed on his feet when he was picked up by the Indianapolis Colts a short time later. That move sent the hulky athlete to the Super Bowl. That’s where he fumbled a key play that helped lead the New Orleans Saints to victory their first championship victory.

Hank returned to the Eagles in March for what’s turned out to be a brief reunion with his old teammates.

Baskett and his one-time Girls Next Door currently own a home in Philly’s swanky Two Liberty Place, where they live with their son, Hank IV, born last December. Camera crews recently started filming the couple for the next season of their E! docu-drama Kendra, which debuts in November.
