Heidi Montag has hired divorce attorney Jodeane Farrell to represent her in her split from fame-whoring hubby Spencer Pratt.
Montag moved out of the Los Angeles home she shared with husband of one year Spencer after becoming fed up with the reality villain’s dominance in their relationship, according to reports. Tattles tell TMZ that the Hills star has asked Farrell to set up a meeting between the exes to begin divorce proceedings sometimes in the next two weeks. Both parties want to sign a private property settlement and wait the six months required by California law before proceeding with the divorce.
Heidi, 23, filed for legal separation from Spencer earlier this month.
