Hilary Duff Home For Sale For $7 Million

Newlywed Hilary Duff is selling the six-bedroom Los Angeles mansion she purchased for $3.5 million in 2004.

The former star of Disney’s Lizzie McGuire, 22, is looking to downsize after wedding soccer ace Mike Comrie after three years of dating in a ceremony last month.

Duff listed her Toluca Lake home on the market for $7 million last week.

A West Coast Girl through and through, Hilary has no plans to uproot her life to Pittsburgh, where Mike plays ice hockey for the Pittsburgh Penguins, and plans to commute from the City of Angels.

“I’m not, no, I’m not moving to Pittsburgh but I’m sure I’m going to be there a lot. I have such a busy life in Los Angeles and four dogs and my family’s there and my work. I’ll be doing a lot of commuting I’m sure.”

The secure property covers 9,800 square-feet and features a wet bar, a cognac room, a wine cellar, a gym and gift-wrapping room. The property also comes with a free eight-seater electric boat.
