Nothing can properly convey the huge wave of relief “How to Get Away with Murder” fans felt at the end of Thursday’s (Nov. 10) episode when Connor Walsh (Jack Falahee) was revealed to be alive the night of that horrific fire at Annalise’s (Viola Davis) house. As a fan favorite character, of course they chose to keep Connor’s fate hanging in the balance until the last possible minute.
However, the rejoicing didn’t last long as another realization sunk in.

Connor just slept with Oliver’s (Conrad Ricamora) ex-boyfriend after a pretty massive fight left them right back where they started the season — broken up.
Whether it was revenge sex, hate sex, or just plain pick-me-up sex, Connor crossed a huge line with that move. We’re not sure Oliver will be able to forgive this one, no matter how happy he is to find out that the man he loves is alive and well and not burned to death under that sheet.
The relationship between these two “bro-mos,” as Asher (Matt McGorry) calls them, has been a mix of wonderful romance and painful heartbreak, and no one can say they haven’t enjoyed watching the ups and downs.

Now though, if both boys manage to make it through the night (there has been much speculation about whether or not that will be the case for a few members of the Keating 5), this seems like a pretty definitive end to their love story.
We’ll hold out some hope for the future of “Coliver” and their adorable, soapy showers. Will you?
