The waitress accused of punching Lindsay Lohan has insisted that she didn””t lay hand on the troubled star – but she””d like to.

Jasmine Waltz has been accused of punching Lohan during her 24th birthday celebration while the actress was partying with British rugby player Danny Cipriani.

But the waitress is denying any such incident.

“All I have to say is that disturbed little train wreck is delusional!” RadarOnline.com quoted her as saying.

“I did not hit her… but I””d like to,” she added.
