JLo, The Flasher? New American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez has launched a legal battle to stop her ex-husband releasing video that allegedly shows her exposing her genitals in public.

Well, this news certainly won’t go over well with the folks at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, who on Tuesday, appointed the mother-of-two the first spokeswoman of the youth organization.

Ed Meyer, who represents Lopez’s first husband Ojai Noa, says among the 21 hours of home movies is footage of the now actress, 41, “exposing her genital area in public” and displaying other “deviant behavior.”

“JLo is riding a scooter in public in Cuba, while talking to the camera and numerous by-standers, with her privates in as plain view as Paris Hilton, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan have in the past,” Meyer says.

In court documents filed in a California Appeals Court on Nov. 17, and obtained by RadarOnline, Meyer explains that Ojani — an aspiring actor — doesn’t actually intend to show any Lopez nudity in his film.

“In Noa’s Home Videos, Lopez displays deviant behavior by consensually exposing her genital area in public, however, Noa & Meyer have never ever intended to market this and the many other racy, damaging & expositive scenes from the Home Videos,” the document reads. “It must also be stated that in Noa’s Home Videos, Lopez gives her full consent to Noa taping her.”

Lopez, who was married to Noa for less than a year in 1997, has been in and out of court with the bearded Cuban since 2002, when she fired him as the chef/manager of her now-shuttered Los Angeles restaurant, Madre. Since that time, Ojani has worked diligently to get out of a confidentiality agreement that prevents him from writing a book or making a movie about their brief life together. Since their split, Lopez has sued Noa twice, the last time in 2009, to halt early production of his film, How I Married Jennifer Lopez.

Ojani has also tried producing a mockumentary inspired by his famous ex. To no avail.
