Katy Perry Gifts Mom With Facelift

It pays to have pals with platinum albums and deep pockets: Pop star Katy Perry has treated her mother to a facelift.

We hear the “California Gurls” singer splashed out a fistful of dough on cosmetic surgery for her mother Mary Hudson, a Christian evangelist. The procedure has left Mama Katy with more confidence than ever and the singer’s pastor father — Keith Hudson — is so pleased with the results he’s been bragging about how “amazing” his wife looks to anyone who will listen — including his parishoners, a spywitness squealed to The Sun newspaper this week.

“My daughter, little Katy Perry, bought my wife a facelift. Hallelujah! My Lord, does she look good. It is amazing what they can do. They took 25 years off her. I am serious – it’s amazing,” the reverend told his congregation at The Way Family Church in Temecula, California.

“I don’t know how I am going to handle this. I mean, she doesn’t look like her mother no more, she looks like Katy Perry’s sister. It’s going to be difficult because they’re going to say, ‘Who’s this old man with Katy Perry and her sister?’”
