Kerry Washington's Scandal Co-Stars Gush Over Her Parenting Skills

Kerry Washington is a pro at everything she does—on and off screen!

The actress, who is currently pregnant with baby No. 2, makes the whole work-life balance thing look easy, and her Scandal co-stars have taken note.

“She’s just a formidable human being who is very committed both to her family and her job and makes it work,” Bellamy Young told E! News at the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation Blue Diamond Gala.

Tony Goldwyn agreed wholeheartedly. “Kerry is so amazing,” he told E! News’ Sibley Scoles at the 2016 Democratic National Convention.

The cast of Scandal is a close knit group, so naturally they talk with Washington about her 2-year-old daughter Isabelle and her little one on the way.

“Motherhood is so important to her,” said Goldwyn. “She’s determined to be the best mother she can, and she’s so joyful and passionate about it.”

The actress is “always dragging information out of me,” joked Goldwyn. “Like, how did you guys do this? Or, what about this?…Our kids, we joke about this, because my kids are on the other end of the spectrum. My girls are 21 and 26, and she’s just getting started!”
