Not since the Royal Wedding has there been this much anticipation about what a bride will wear down the aisle. But fans clamoring to see what Bella wears to her wedding in Breaking Dawn will just have to wait a bit longer.
“The wedding was [filmed] Secret Service style insane,” joked Kristen Stewart on a panel at San Diego’s Comic Con.
“The crew was completely inconvenienced,” she said. “There was no cell phone or email. [But] I said thank you so much [to them] because if this [wedding] dress gets on the Internet, I’ll die!”
Stewart was joined on Thursday’s panel by her now-onscreen husband Robert Pattinson (who sported a new do), Taylor Lautner and director Bill Condon, as they discussed part one of the movie, due in theaters Nov. 18.
“When I got to set I was as nervous and terrified as I expected myself to be,” said Stewart. “It was beautiful.”
Adds Stewart: “I had to be locked into the dress to protect it.”
Still, there were a few close calls, remembers Condon, including a helicopter flying overhead right before filming.
As for the honeymoon, shot in Brazil, “It was amazing,” said Pattinson.
