Lindsay Lohan Gets Positive Marks in Her DUI Class

The attorney of Lindsay Lohan has rubbished all recent reports that the actress has poor attendance for her DUI classes and would be sentenced for a possible jail term.

The lawyer for Lohan says that his client was in full obedience of the corrective measures directed to her by the court. A three page document which was released by the Los Angeles court shows that the actress has reasonably good standing in her DUI classes.

She has attended 19 of 26 group sessions, most of the interview sessions and completed all the six education classes on alcohol. The report says that the actress was consistent with the classes and was also positive to accept changes in her life. The actor was first finding it very tough to cope up with the rules at the beginning of the program.

The judge of Los Angeles superior court has asked Lohan to appear before the court on this Thursday. The judge would be going through the report and if Lohan is found in violation of her charges, then new conditions may be placed upon her. Lohan’s mother, Dina Lohan was in all praise of the alcohol education program and says that it had a positive effect on Lohan’s life.
