Mel Gibson ”assaulted Oksana Grigorieva weeks after daughter’s birth”

American actor Mel Gibson assaulted her ex-lover Oksana Grigorieva just weeks after she gave birth to their baby daughter Lucia, reports have revealed.

Police are already investigating Gibson over an alleged domestic violence incident on January 6, 2010 in which he reportedly punched his then-girlfriend Grigorieva twice in the head and broke two of her teeth.

According to RadarOnline, the Russian pianist told law enforcement authorities that Gibson first attacked her during an argument in November 2009 when their baby Lucia was just a few weeks old.

Grigorieva accused Gibson of assaulting her just weeks after the birth of their daughter Lucia.

“Oksana said Mel got right up in her face during a confrontation and was screaming and berating her,” The New York Post quoted a source familiar with the investigation as saying.

“Oksana said during the incident Mel pushed her on the shoulder and butted her with his chest. Oksana claimed Mel pushed her a number of times during their relationship,” the source added.

A number of explosive recorded phone calls between Gibson and Grigorieva, which were leaked to media, were examined in the investigation.
