Noemie Lenoir Suicide Attempt

French supermodel and actress Noemie Lenoir, who has worked the runway for Gap and Victoria’s Secret and starred opposite Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan in Rush Hour 3, was rushed to Paris hospital on Sunday after a reported suicide attempt.

According to reports, the 30-year-old stunner consumed “a large quantity of pills” after falling depressed over her turbulent romance with former soccer star Claude Makelele — with whom she has a young son.

“After coming to, Noemie was in a state of great distress and clearly very ill. She had clearly attempted to harm herself and had fallen unconscious. She was rushed to a nearby hospital and treated for the effects of poisoning. It seems that she had tried to commit suicide as a cry for help. She’s now in a far better condition,” says a source close to the model.
