The mom-to-be attended a special lighting of the Empire State Building, illuminated red, in honor of World AIDS Days. The goal is to raise awareness and help ensure that no child will be born with HIV by 2015.
Penelope tied the knot with longtime love Javier Bardem over the summer and is expected to give birth to the couple’s first child early next year.
