Ranbir Kapoor to play Kishore Kumar, missed on to play Raj Kapoor

Bollywood actor has got a chance to play Kishore Kumar in a film but meanwhile he has missed the opportunity to play Raj Kapoor in Yash Raj Films forthcoming venture. Aditya Chopra had a project to bring Raj Kapoor and Nargis’ romance on screen but right now it has been on hold. Ranbir’s father Rishi Kapoor has rejected the proposal for his son.

Rishi Kapoor also talked to his brothers Randhir and Rajiv and even they dint like the idea and supported him. They also approached Yash Raj to protest against the idea to make a movie about their father’s relationship with Nargis.

Apart from the Kapoors, Nargis children-Sanjay, Priya and Namrata Dutt wouldn’t permit this film to be made.
