Terminator Wanted Poster: FBI ‘Searching’ For Arnold Schwarzenegger Character
In hilariously asynchronous movie news, the FBI is currently searching for “The Terminator” — at least according to a fake Wanted poster taped to the side of a poll in the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
The photo, which depicts Arnold Schwarzenegger dressed as his most famous character, was recently spotted by Instagram user mrgilly. The flyer details a brown-haired, brown-eyed man wanted on multiple counts of homicide and desperately searching for a “Sarah Connor.” (I guess no one told him the “Sarah Connor Chronicles” was canceled three years ago?)
The original “Terminator,” which was released in 1984, marked Ah-nuld’s first turn as the infamous time-traveling assassin. The movie was followed by the highly successful “Terminator 2: Judgment Day,” in 1991, and the 2003 sequel “Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines.” (The fourth film, “Terminator Salvation,” which starred Christian Bale and a naked Arnold Schwarzengger body double, was released in 2009, the same year the “Sarah Connor Chronicles” wrapped up.)
Since then, things have been quiet on the Terminator front. As for Mr. Schwarzengger, he will make his anticipated big-screen return in “The Expendables 2” on August 17, followed by “The Last Stand,” “The Tomb,” “Ten,” and “Unknown Solider,” all within the next year (that is, unless the FBI finds him first).
