The Cast of Will & Grace Reunites: See Debra Messing, Eric McCormack, Megan Mullally and Se…
UPDATE: Will & Grace‘s principal cast members shared reunion photos via social media Sunday, but fans shouldn’t get their hopes up for a permanent return to the small screen. “All four of the leads came back together on the Will & Grace set to film a special project,” a source tells E! News, stressing that it’s “not for TV”—at least not in the traditional sense.
The next day, Debra Messing shared a text-only teaser video on Twitter. “A band of heroes will assemble to protect the world from aliens & destruction,” the message read. “Only an act of Grace can save them in their battle for what is right. Only they can bring America back from the brink.” The red letters in the tease spelled out the words “Will & Grace Is Back,” leading fans to speculate that the series is being revived, perhaps via streaming service like Netflix—the likes of which has resurrected Arrested Development, Full House and Gilmore Girls. More fans began to take notice after Sean Hayes shared a photo of himself with Eric McCormack, Messing and Megan Mullally. “We’re baaaaaaack!” he tweeted.
What does it all mean? The cast isn’t saying…yet.
However, it’s rumored that the cast has reunited for Hillary Clinton campaign ad.

The fabulous foursome of Will & Grace recently came together for an epic reunion that had fans all but begging on their hands and knees for the beloved comedic sitcom’s return to the small screen. Debra Messing, Eric McCormack, Megan Mullally and Sean Hayesjoined forces recently, and lucky for us, shared quite a few snapshots from their time together.
“Only smiling because of where Eric’s hand is!” Messing joked alongside a photo of the former co-stars, while Mullally teased on Twitter, “i’m smiling, too, and not just because of a hand.” LOL.
Will & Grace captivated audiences from 1998-2006, as its eight-season run followed the hilarious antics of Grace (Messing) and her gay roommate and best friend Will (McCormack). Mullally and Hayes starred as Karen and Jack, respectively, the duo’s closest pals.
Messing, who went on to star in her own series The Mysteries of Laura, shared a separate photo hugging McCormack in the sweetest embrace. “You smell the same!” she wrote of the actor. Seriously, could these two get any more adorable?!
Megan poked fun at their onscreen characters’ platonic relationship, uploading the same photo to her own Instagram account captioned, “aw, cute couple… wait” She then followed suit with her own pic alongside Debra captioned, “my new wife and i are so happy.”
It’s been quite a while since we’ve seen the entire cast of Will & Grace in the same room, but back in February E! News had an exclusive first look at their reunion during NBC’s Must See TV: An All Star Tribute to James Burrows.
Hayes, Mullally and McCormack were just some of the many stars who came together for the event honoring the legendary director. Cast members from Friends, Frasier, Cheers and The Big Bang Theory all united under one roof.
Talk about nostalgia overload.
