Tila Tequila, A Kidnapper?

We haven’t seen much of Tila Tequila lately (There is a God!) and now we think we might know why. Has the Z-listed compulsive fibber taken up kidnapping in her spare time?

A Los Angeles photographer has filed a request for a restraining order against the Asian minx amid allegations she kidnapped his girlfriend and threatened to kill him.

Oh — there’s just one little problem: Tequila’s alleged kidnap victim has said that she was never abducted.

Papper Garry Sun filed a complaint alleging that Tequila kidnapped and threatened his girlfriend Shyla Jennings.

However, a rep for Jennings has denied that the incident ever happened. In fact, Shyla’s never even heard of Garry.

“Shyla was not kidnapped. She has no idea who Garry Sun [the photographer] is. This whole thing is fully fabricated,” the rep has been quoted as saying.

According to Tequila’s attorney Alan Gutman, Sun “is a former paparazzi who was terminated from his role on Tila’s website and is now desperate to get back at her.”

He added: “Sun’s filing shows that anyone can file anything in a courthouse. He will undoubtedly be held accountable by appropriate authorities for making these false allegations.”

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Anthony Jones has not yet decided whether he will grant the temporary restraining order.
