Pop open the bubbly, Aunt Viv’s getting hitched!

Actress Vivica Fox, 46, has snatched Demi Moore’s tiara as Hollywood’s Most Celebrated Cougar after accepting a holiday marriage proposal from the strapping fetus she’s been dating.

The Kill Bill actress is set wed much-younger fiance Omar “Slimm” White — an Atlanta club promoter — after just one year of dating.

Did we mention that at 27 Slimm’s nearly 20 years Viv’s junior? Hey, if it works for Hugh Hefner!

We hear Slimm popped the question with an 8-karat sparkler as the couple spent the holidays at the Ritz Carlton in South Beach. Fox and White spent New Year’s Eve with Dwyane Wade, Gabrielle Union, and Sanaa Lathan at a bash hosted by Miami Heat hoopster Chris Bosh.

“My career has been my baby for such a long time and I’ve done well by that,” Fox told talk show gossip Wendy Williams in December. “I waited for God to send me a good man, and he’s a good Southern man.”

This will be Viv’s second marriage. She was wed to singer Christopher “6’9″ Harvest between 1998 and 2002. That union ended in divorce.

Fox is best known for her roles in films such as Independence Day, Soul Food, Why Do Fools Fall In Love, and Set It Off.
