I still don’t remember to call her ‘him,’” the “Turn Back Time” legend — who once confessed that she “doesn’t understand” Chaz’s decision to undergo gender reassignment surgery — tells Krista Smith in the December issue of Vanity Fair.
Cher admits that she couldn’t see herself undergoing the same transformation.
“If I woke up tomorrow in a guy’s body, I would just kick and scream and cry and [bleeping] rob a bank, because I cannot see myself as anything but who I am — a girl. I would not take it as well as Chaz has.”
