If Treacy’s name sounds familiar, it should. The fashionisto is the man behind a bevy of bizarre hats made popular by quirky style star Lady Gaga. Does Ms. Germanotta’s telephone-shaped topper ring a bell? He’s also a favorite of Sex and the City actress Sarah Jessica Parker.
Kate and Wills are set to tie the knot at Westminster Abbey in London on April 29.
