Steven Seagal is headed back to TV….We’ll let you decide whether that’s a good thing or a bad thing.
The action man already fronts the popular A&E docu-soap Steven Seagal: Lawman, about his adventures as a deputy in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. Now we hear Seagal has inked a deal to portray a rule-breaking cop in a new small screen series, called Southern Justice.
The new 13-part series — filmed on location in Vancouver, Canada — will see Seagal as Elijah Kane, the leader of an undercover group of Seattle cops that chases down the bad guys in The Emerald City.
Speaking of the law, Seagal just escaped a lengthy legal battle after his former assistant dropped a sexual harassment against the actor.
