“Arrow” Season 3 is bringing back Tommy Merlyn (Colin Donnell), but this is not a resurrection from the dead. Instead, Tommy will show up in one of Oliver’s flashbacks in Hong Kong.

According to
TVGuide.com, the Tommy appearance will be in episode 2 of the upcoming season. There will not, unfortunately, be any Oliver-Tommy interaction based on the brief description offered
