In the chaos of the end of “Arrow” Season 4, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) saved Monument Point from being hit by a nuclear blast. However, in doing so she redirected the missile to the town of Havenrock.
It was a tough moment for Felicity. While more than two million would have been killed if the missile hit Monument Point, the thousands surely killed in the Havenrock blast are going to stick with her in Season 4.

“She’s really, in the beginning of the season, grappling with the fallout from what happened at Havenrock and that will be a huge focus for her in the first nine [episodes],” executive producer Wendy Mericle tells Zap2it.
That will lead to some serious soul-searching for Felicity, who was ousted from her own company last season.

“She’s asking herself the same question that every other character on the show is this year, which is about legacy,” Mericle continues. “I think it’ll become, if she wants to go back to Palmer Tech. and try to fight for that, if that’s what she thinks her legacy should be, then she certainly will.”
With a new Team Arrow being built at the moment though, chances are she’s going to be a little too distracted to take her company back.
