Bruno Mars is out on his with the release of his solo single, “Just The Way You Are.” Complete with a promo directed by Ethan Lader, the track is the lead single from Mars’ forthcoming debut album Doo-Wops & Hooligansdue — available everywhere music is sold Oct. 5.

Mars is well known for lending his vocals and co-writing to the hooks for songs like “Nothin’ on You” by B.o.B and “Billionaire” by Travies McCoy. He also co-wrote Flo Rida’s 2009 hit “Right Round” and “Wavin’ Flag” by K’naan.

And the multi-talented singer/songwriter has one more reason to celebrate: He’s just been added as a performer at this weekend’s 2010 MTV Video Music Awards!
