Cynthia Colston spent the holiday weekend in County Jail after she called emergency services four times to complain that her nails had been cut too short during her bi-weekly manicure. Colston first called the emergency number claiming her manicurist was acting aggressively. She then called another two times to complain about how long a police officer was taking to arrive. When told by a Volusia County Sheriff’s Deputy that the beautician could not be charged over the bad manicure, Colston again called the emergency number to complain. Colston was then arrested and charged with misuse of the wireless 911 system…
