Jim Carrey to Visit The Office
Jim Carrey is set to visit Scranton, PA on the seventh season finale of “The Office”, says a story at The Hollywood Reporter .
Carrey will join a comedy ensemble of guest star cameos, all competing for Michael Scott’s (Steve Carell) recently-vacated position. The current list is said to include Will Arnett, Ricky Gervais, Ray Romano, James Spader and Catherine Tate. Though Will Ferrell is currently appearing in a four-episode arc, the story suggests that his character could stay on for the finale (and potentially even longer).
After the hourlong episode on May 19th, Carrey will next appear in Mr. Popper’s Penguins , arriving June 17th.
