John Mayer Courting Heidi Montag?

Now that John Mayer has succeeded in bedding all of the Botox-free females in Hollywood, the rocker with a penchant for ladies and verbal diarrhea has traveled over to the Build-A-Bitch Workshop for a roll in the hay with Nipped/Tucked Poster Child Heidi Montag.

Soon-to-be divorcee Heidi has spent the past few weeks gushing to pals about her budding new “friendship” (Hint, Nudge, Wink) with the “Daughters” star, according to this week’s edition of Reveal Magazine. Word on The Curb has it that the outspoken musician has been anxious to take the former Hills star out for dinner (Is that what we’re calling it nowadays?) since she filed for divorce from ex Spencer Pratt earlier this summer.

Pals say the ditzy and surgically-altered 23-year-old is exactly the type of girl that makes Mayer’s heart flutter. Apparently, John’s got a real weakness for pretty dumb ones. After all, we are talking about the guy who spent more than a year snuggling up to the notoriously-stupid Jessica Simpson.

A Heidi tattle-tale squeals: “John has already started flirting and asking her out. She’s flattered, but not yet convinced. He’s very good-looking and charming, but his reputation is a bit of a turn-off. As soon as Heidi filed for divorce, John swooped in on her. He likes the Barbie doll, no-brains type of girl. But Heidi is still raw over her split with Spencer. At heart, she’s a very conservative, old-fashioned girl from Colorado.”

Heidi’s divorce from Spencer will become final on Valentine’s Day 2011.
