Kaitlyn Dever, the star of “Booksmart” and “Unbelievable,” has joined the forged of “Ticket to Paradise,” a romantic comedy set at Universal and starring George Clooney and Julia Roberts.
“Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again” director Ol Parker is directing the unique comedy that stars Clooney and Roberts as exes who discover themselves on a shared mission to cease their lovestruck daughter from making the identical mistake they as soon as made.
Parker and Daniel Pipski wrote the script, and “Ticket to Paradise” is already slated for launch on Sept. 30, 2022.
Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner of Working Title will produce “Ticket to Paradise” alongside Sarah Harvey and Deborah Balderstone. Clooney and Grant Heslov may also produce for his or her Smokehouse Pictures, alongside Red Om Films’ Roberts, Lisa Gillan, and Marisa Yeres Gill.
Amelia Granger, head of movie and TV, will oversee improvement on the challenge on behalf of Working Title, with SVP of Production Erik Baiers and VP of Production Lexi Barta on behalf of Universal.
Kaitlyn Dever is the star of the comedy “Booksmart” and the crime miniseries for Netflix “Unbelievable,” which scored her a Golden Globe nomination. She’ll even be seen in one other Universal movie within the upcoming adaptation of the musical “Dear Evan Hansen.” She’s at present filming the Hulu sequence “Dopesick” alongside Rosario Dawson and can star within the characteristic “No One Will Save You” from author and director Brian Duffield.
